Play Bliss Party Policies and Guidelines

Party Payment & Waivers

• All party balances must be paid via Card at least 2 days before the party or on the event day. Cash is not accepted.
• Waivers are required for everyone entering the facility. The host must complete their waiver and encourage guests to do the same. Play Bliss is not responsible for incomplete waivers.
• Party Packages DO NOT include Socks. There's an add-on option to buy socks. 

Facility Rules

• Play Bliss is a shoe-free facility. Everyone must remove their shoes before entering the play area.
• 1 adult per child. There’s a charge of $4.99 per additional adult but there's a limit based on the package you book.
• Balloons are not allowed, except for Private Parties (Facility Rental). Chrome balloons are not provided.
• Outside decorations are not allowed. No piñatas or confetti.
• Face painters are only allowed for Private Parties (Facility Rental Bookings). You will need to provide us with advance notice.

Food & Drink Policy

• Included:(Please note pizza quantity in each package are for the children ONLY). There’s an add-on option if you need more for adults.
• X-Large pizzas (Cheese or Pepperoni).
• Juice pouches for each child.
• Complimentary plates, utensils, tablecloths, napkins.
• Additional Charges:
• Pre-packed outside food & soft drinks - $30 plus tax.
• Non-pre-packed outside food & soft drinks  - $50 plus tax.
• Food Not Allowed:
• Popcorn
• Ice cream
• Alcoholic beverages
• Any type of meat on wood sticks-kababs
• No rice
• No ribs
• No boned meats
• No dips
• No warmers of any type
• No glass drinks
• No sauces
• No spaghetti/Noodles/Pasta

• Cake Policy:
• A cake is only allowed if you have a birthday reservation. If not, a $500 charge will apply.

Understanding Our Party Packages

At Play Bliss, we've carefully crafted our party packages to offer a range of unique experiences and incredible value. Each package is thoughtfully designed with specific inclusions to ensure a seamless and joyful celebration for your child.

To maintain the quality and integrity of each package, items or services explicitly listed as inclusions in a higher-tier package, such as themed or colored plates, balloons, or outside decorations, cannot be substituted or brought in from outside sources for a lower-tier package. This policy ensures we can provide distinct benefits and a consistent, high-quality experience for every booking.

We encourage you to review all our package options to find the perfect fit for your celebration!

Party Room & Decorations

·       Parties are for 2 hours. First 1 hour is Playtime with no room access, next 40mins is for celebration inside the Party Room then exit to play area for 20mins play / unlimited. Everyone MUST exit the room after 40mins to avoid $150 delay fee charge. However, you can go back to playing if we are NOT at Capacity. Confirm with staff onsite if you plan to continue playtime (Excludes Private Parties).

• Room access is only during celebration time (no early entry).

o   ***You will NOT get access to the room until celebration time, no one is allowed in the room until then. All parties are fully decorated by us, so we do not provide set up time EXCEPT you have a Private Party / Pay for extra time***

• All parties are decorated by Play Bliss. No additional setup time is provided unless it is a Private Party (Facility Rental) or additional time is purchased.
• Once your party finishes you and your guest will need to exit the party room. 
• Any guest/person that comes in after you exit the party room will have to pay regular admission fee.
• Play Bliss does not customize balloon garlands but provides garlands in three colors matching the backdrop. Custom colors are available for $50.
• Custom Backdrops: If a specific backdrop is required, it must be provided at least 2-3 days in advance (Please contact us – This is for Facility Rental Only).
  
• If a pizza preference is not provided at booking, the facility will provide half cheese and half pepperoni, based on room size.

Once booked, party packages can only be upgraded.

Furniture and Equipment:

If any equipment, furniture or damage is caused by you and your guest. You will be fully responsible for the replacement and will incur those costs.

Cleaning Fee and additional Play Time:

An additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the room is found to be messier (cake/cup icing on floor and walls)

Buy additional Playtime option is available (does not include Room Time)

• 30 mins outside room: $85
• 60 mins outside room: $150

Rescheduling & Cancellations Policy

• Deposit: The initial deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation (30+ days before): If you've paid in full and cancel at least 30 days before your party, you'll receive a refund of 50% of the total cost (the amount paid minus the initial deposit).
• Cancellation (15-7 days before): If you've paid in full and cancel between 15 and 7 days before your party, you'll receive a 25% refund of the total cost (50% of the amount paid minus the initial deposit).
• Cancellation (within 7 days): If you cancel within 7 days of your party, the full payment is non-refundable.
• Reschedule (30-15 days before): You can reschedule your party within the next 3 months at no extra charge if you notify us between 30 and 15 days before your original date.
• Reschedule (within 15 days): Rescheduling within 15 days of your party date will incur a $100 fee. This fee still applies even if you later cancel and are not eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling requests must be sent via email at least 2 weeks before the party date. Availability is not guaranteed.
• Downgrading a party package is not allowed after booking, but rescheduling is an option.

Private Parties & Upgrades (Facility Rental ONLY)

• Private Parties require a $500 deposit immediately after booking or the reservation will be canceled.
• Private Party setup time can be arranged for $200 on weekdays and $300 on weekends (subject to availability). That’s if you want someone else to do the set up. You’ll be responsible for take down as well. (For facility rental only)

Behavior & Facility Rules

• Profanity, swearing, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited. Violators will be banned from the facility.
• The party host is responsible for ensuring all guests follow facility rules. If a guest violates these rules, the party will be discontinued immediately without a refund.

Final Reminders

• All party balances are due 2 days before or the day of the event via Card Payment (no CASH).
• Bring socks and signed waivers ahead of time.
• Play Bliss does not set up additional decorations brought by guests or event planners.

Guests who use such language will be asked to leave Play Bliss immediately.

If you're hosting a party, please help us by communicating this important expectation to your guests. Should a party guest use inappropriate language, your party will be discontinued immediately without a refund.
