Waivers are REQUIRED for EVERYONE Prior to Entry!

Complete the waiver on our website under "Sign Waiver" tab. Fill the form with guardian's names and add the participants (the children). Follow the steps online. It is your responsibility to complete the waiver form and by entering our facility, you take full responsibility of following our facility rules. All parents or guardians must sign a waiver for each child before entering the playground.

Can I Bring A Cake and have a group gathering if I didn't Book A Party? NO 

o A cake and group gatherings are only allowed if you have a birthday reservation. If not, a $500 charge will apply. 

We're a SOCKS only Facility

Socks must always be worn by adults and children. No shoes or bare feet are allowed on matted areas. Grip socks are highly recommended, personal socks are allowed however, entering the facility without grip socks you assume full responsibility of any damages, Play Bliss is not responsible for lost items.

Have Fun & Play Nice!

Be social, make friends and play loud! No rough play or fighting allowed. Parents and children who do not respect the rules of the facility will be immediately asked to leave. No refunds will be granted.

Waiver Forms

Waivers & grip socks are REQUIRED for EVERYONE entering the facility. As a HOST, you are responsible to complete a waiver for yourself and encourage your guests to do the same. Failure to comply is at your own RISK, Play Bliss is not RESPONSIBLE for uncompleted waiver forms. 

Socks Only

Everyone is required to wear grip socks in the facility (adults, children and infants) No shoes or bare feet. If you forgot your socks, we have new socks you can purchase for adults, children and infants. If your child loses their socks, you must replace them with another pair immediately. If you do not have a spare pair of grip socks, you can purchase them at our front desk. This is REQUIRED!

Adults Required

Parental supervision required at ALL times: this is NOT a daycare. No drop offs. There must be one legal guardian responsible for monitoring your children at all times while they play in our facility. Parents sitting in the rest lounge should routinely get up to monitor their children as they play in the facility. Adult supervision is always required. Two adults per kid, third adult pays $5.

Outside Food or Beverage are NOT Permitted

Only baby formula, milk and water are allowed, and all children must be fed in the café area only. No feeding children in the play area or matted areas. Pre-made meals/food/baby pouches, etc., are NOT allowed to be brought in. This is NOT a peanut or nut free facility. No gum, food, or drinks in the play areas or matted areas.

By visiting Play Bliss, you agree to our social media policies, e.g., pictures or videos to be posted without your authorization.

Common Courtesy (Please, no sick children)

Children who are coughing or visibly sick should not be brought into our facility. Children visibly deemed to not be feeling well will not be allowed entry. Any child that throws up or has a bloody nose in our facility will be asked to immediately leave. No refunds will be granted. We take the safety and well-being of children playing here very seriously. Children with casts or recent medical conditions, we do not advise playing at our facility: however, the guardian legally makes that decision on behalf of the child and accepts all responsibility.

Absolutely no drugs, alcohol, or weapons allowed on premises.

We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to your personal property.

To keep everyone safe, please follow all posted playground rules.
