Play Bliss Indoor Playground – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Play Bliss Indoor Playground, we know that life with little ones can be full of surprises! Our goal is to keep things simple, flexible, and fair for every guest while ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who visits or books with us. Please take a moment to review our refund and cancellation guidelines below.

 

General Admission & Day Passes

All 2-hour and Daily Passes are non-refundable once purchased.
Passes, including 10-Day Play Passes, may not be exchanged or transferred once activated.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

We’re thrilled to celebrate your special moments at Play Bliss! To make sure every event is perfectly planned, please review the following payment and cancellation details:

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.

• The remaining balance is due either 3 days before your event or on the day of—whichever works best for you.

• Any additional charges (such as extra guests, food upgrades, or add-ons) will be invoiced after the event if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

More than 3 days before your event:

• No changes to party suggestions will be accepted less than a week of the party date.

• Your deposit is retained, but the remaining balance may be refunded or credited toward a future party within 60 days, depending on availability.

• No refunds will be issued for cancelled parties or unused services less than a week of the scheduled event.

• If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 14 days in advance, we're happy to move your party date and time.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations:
  Unfortunately, these are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Play Bliss will be owed the balance due. 

 

Special Events & Camps

Tickets for special events, such as holiday parties or seasonal camps, are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest with prior Play Bliss approval.

 

Memberships

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Monthly memberships can be canceled after you meet the three months commitment before the next billing cycle by contacting us directly.

• We are unable to offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

 

Weather or Facility Closures

In the rare event that Play Bliss must close unexpectedly due to severe weather, maintenance, or emergencies, affected guests will be contacted promptly. We’ll offer the choice to reschedule or receive a credit toward a future visit.
