3.3 Cancellation and refund policies vary by activity. These will be clearly communicated during booking. No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

4.1 Every participant must have a completed waiver on file before enjoying Play Bliss activities.
4.2 Parents or legal guardians must complete the waiver for children under 18.
