Awesome! Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. A Play Bliss party coordinator will get InTouch with you via phone call 5 - 7days ahead of your party date to verify information and start the planning.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance will be due on or 3 days before your party day.

You sure can! We allow outside food, snacks, and drinks (excluding alcohol) for a small fee.

For everyone’s safety, open flames, sternos, or warming fuels are not allowed inside the facility. Please bring your food ready to serve.

Nope! Our team will take care of all the cleanup so you can focus on having fun and making memories.

Yes! You can extend your party by 30 minutes for $85 or, if you’re the last party of the day, by 60 minutes for $150. Just give us at least one week’s notice to arrange your extension.

Yes, every guest must sign a PlayBliss waiver before entering the play area. You can complete it online ahead of time or at check-in—it’s quick and easy!
