We accept reservations up to 48 hrs before your desired date, depending on availability. But spots fill up fast—so the earlier, the better!

Absolutely! PlayBliss is perfect for birthdays, baby showers, family gatherings, school parties, or any fun celebration. Just let us know what you’re planning!

💌 I reserved our date online—what happens next?

Awesome! Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. A Play Bliss party coordinator will get InTouch with you via phone call 5 -  7days  ahead of your party date to verify information and start the planning.

💳 Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve my spot?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance will be due on or 2 days before your party day.

🍕 Can I bring my own food or drinks?

You sure can! We allow outside food, snacks, and drinks (excluding alcohol) for a small fee.

🔥 Can I use open flames or food-warming fuels?

For everyone’s safety, open flames, sternos, or warming fuels are not allowed inside the facility. Please bring your food ready to serve.

🧹 Do I need to clean up after the party?

Nope! Our team will take care of all the cleanup so you can focus on having fun and making memories.

⏳ Can we extend our party time?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can extend your party by 30 minutes for $85 or, if you’re the last party of the day, by 60 minutes for $150. This applies to play time ONLY. Just give us at least one week’s notice to arrange your extension.

✍️ Do guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes, every guest must sign a PlayBliss waiver before entering the play area. You can complete it online ahead of time or at check-in—it’s quick and easy!

Are outside decorations allowed?

Yes, outside decorations are allow for every package.

Is there a fee for outside decorations?
